Join the Jack Heavenor Trio as Glasgow Swing Dance celebrates the return of its popular live band nights with an evening of authentic swing music and social dancing.
Taking place at the 43rd Glasgow Scouts Hall in Cathcart, this special event brings together dancers, music lovers and newcomers alike for an evening inspired by the golden age of jazz. Performing two lively 45-minute sets, the trio features Jack Heavenor (vocals & clarinet), Tim Lallemant (piano) and Greg Irons (drums), presenting a carefully curated programme of swinging jazz standards, dance favourites and timeless classics designed for the dance floor.
Whether you're an experienced Lindy Hopper, trying swing dancing for the first time, or simply looking to enjoy outstanding live music, everyone is welcome to experience the energy and community of Glasgow's thriving swing dance scene.
